Shameeza migrated to Canada in 1988 and graduated with honors in Financial Studies from the Toronto Business School in 1990. She began her career in banking as a customer service representative, quickly advancing to roles in Mortgages and Investments. Later, Shameeza transitioned to the Financial Industry in downtown Toronto, where she took on various roles in RRSPs, mutual funds, and management.

In 2008, Shameeza returned to banking, joining CIBC as a Senior Financial Advisor. During her tenure, she led her team to become the top district in Mortgages and Investments. Her leadership and expertise were instrumental in achieving this milestone.

Shameeza also explored entrepreneurship, running her own business in the education field while engaging in accounting work. Currently, she is deeply committed to the mortgage industry, where she has accumulated over 15 years of experience. Shameeza is passionate about helping individuals and families realize their dream of homeownership. She leverages her extensive financial knowledge to assist clients in optimizing their monthly expenses and has developed a thorough understanding of the market, allowing her to offer expert guidance and tailored solutions.
